About Visionflex Group

Visionflex Group is a clinical virtual care technology company helping healthcare professionals to provide quality healthcare to patients anywhere around the world.

We improve lives by connecting consumers to a variety of healthcare services and information anytime, anywhere, so they can get well sooner and stay well longer.

The company acquired GoBookings, Clinic Connect and DocAppointments in 2015, in 2016 launched a new brand, PetYeti, to support the pet services space and in 2017 rebranded and renamed its original 1stAvailable healthcare marketplace as MyHealth1st.

By mid-2021, the company has grown to over 11,500 installed sites on its platforms and has had over 14 million online appointments booked.

In 2022, Visionflex Group, formerly known as 1st Group, merged with leading clinical virtual care technology company, Visionflex Pty Ltd, creating new opportunities for MyHealth1st, PetYeti, GoBookings and Visionflex customers. Visionflex Group trusted digital platforms are where health providers and patients connect first.

We are the market leader in Pharmacy and Optometry — over 60% of all pharmacies and independent optometrists have chosen Visionflex Group solutions. We are now expanding rapidly in psychology, dental and specialist markets. What we do all “starts with the first online appointment”.

Michael Kafrouni

Michael is a qualified lawyer and has over 15 years’ experience as a senior executive in multinational organisations in health, pharmaceutical, legal and accounting sectors including Althea Group Holdings Limited, CPA Australia Ltd and DLA Piper LLC. Michael brings extensive multi-jurisdictional experience in commercial, operations, strategic partnerships and legal across start-ups and listed entities.

James Aulsebrook

James is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years experience transforming financial operations for ASX-listed companies. James is the former CFO of Jcurve Solutions Limited (ASX: JCS), overseeing multiple acquisitions and international expansion and commenced his career as an auditor at PwC. James is a former finalist in the prestigious CEO Magazine Awards, CFO of the Year award.

Chris Whitehead

Chris has over 20 years’ experience as a Board Director across a wide range of business sectors and ranging from significant national corporates to start-ups. His healthcare industry experience includes service as a Director of CUA Health Insurance and as a Director of the WA Cancer Support Agency. He has held significant CEO roles including over 5 years at each of BankWest Retail Bank, CUA (now Great Southern Bank) and at FINSIA (Financial Services Institute of Australasia). He is currently a Non Executive Director of IMB Bank and Chair of the Board Risk Committee. He was a member of the ASX Corporate Governance Council for five years. He commenced his career in information technology moving through a range of technical roles into executive roles in product management and major projects delivery.

Brook Adcock

Brook is a leading Entrepreneur and Private Investor in Australia, as Executive Chairman of his own Private Equity House, Adcock Private Equity. Adcock Private Equity has very strong positions in listed and unlisted companies across sectors such as Fintech, Healthtech and Legaltech where Brook invests and follows on regularly into companies that add value to all market participants. Brook's investment mandate has a strong ethical tilt and he is a high conviction investor. Brook was the owner of Pandora Jewellery, building it to the brand we see today. He has been actively involved in many other successful businesses, both directly at the executive or board level, and through investment of his own capital.

John has previously held senior executive roles in WHK/Crowe Horwath, St George Bank, Colonial State Bank.

Geoff Neate

Geoff co-founded Spirit telecom (ASX: ST1) in 2005, and led the company through the listing process, completing his 15 year tenure as CEO in September 2019. Under Geoff’s leadership Spirit completed 8 acquisitions and received several awards, including Australia’s fastest ISP in 2015. With over 30 years’ in telecommunications he led Spirit as the industry transformed. Geoff has been a senior executive with several established organisations including Primus telecom, RACV, Telstra, Lend Lease.
